Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh mango peeled and diced (2 - 3 mangoes)
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Simple syrup

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Make simple syrup
  • In a small sauce pot, combine water and sugar over medium low heat. Stir frequently until sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  • Make mango daiquiris
  • Combine diced mango, rum, lime juice, simple syrup and crushed ice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.

  1. If you like your drinks a little "slushier", add in another cup or so of ice.
