- 4 cups fresh mango peeled and diced (2 - 3 mangoes)
- 1 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice 2 limes
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 2 cups crushed ice
Simple syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
Make simple syrup
In a small sauce pot, combine water and sugar over medium low heat. Stir frequently until sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Make mango daiquiris
Combine diced mango, rum, lime juice, simple syrup and crushed ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
- If you like your drinks a little "slushier", add in another cup or so of ice.
