Homemade poultry seasoning

Use the spices you already have in your cabinet to create this homemade poultry seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. ground sage
  • 2 tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. dried marjoram
  • 2 tbsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder or granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder or granulated onion
  • 2 tsps. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.

Notes

You'll need one tablespoon of poultry seasoning per pound of turkey.
