Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh mango peeled and diced (2 - 3 mangoes)
  • 1 cup white rum
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice 2 limes
  • ½ cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Simple syrup

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar

Instructions

Make simple syrup

  • In a small sauce pot, combine water and sugar over medium low heat. Stir frequently until sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Make mango daiquiris

  • Combine diced mango, rum, lime juice, simple syrup and crushed ice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.

  • If you like your drinks a little "slushier", add in another cup or so of ice.
